In Nashville, Justin Zolot is known to many as “Mr. Boston.” As President and Founder of the Nashville Patriots Fan Club, Justin and his team of officers have created a community of over 1,600 New England transplants now living in Middle Tennessee. From planning local brewery happy hours and coordinating community volunteer projects to hosting game watch parties and Patriots player meet-and-greets, Justin’s passion for combining Boston sports, culture, and community has fueled his success in creating a network for New Englanders now living in Music City. In 2015, Justin met NEON’s President Matt Casey at a Sunday afternoon game party, and after soon realizing their respective organizations were two in the same, they quickly began cross-marketing their events to build social media presence and general visibility among those living in New England and Nashville.
After graduating from Union College in Schenectady, NY, in 2012, Justin moved to Nashville to serve as a leadership consultant for Chi Psi Fraternity’s national headquarters. His love for country music and Saturday college football tailgates made the decision to move south an easy one. Over the next two years, Justin traveled the entire country visiting college and university campuses to work with the undergraduate leadership of each active Chi Psi chapter. While viewing each chapter as a small business, Justin’s consultation visits focused on areas of organizational development, professional development, and brand marketing. It is here that Justin recognized his unique ability to connect with people of all different backgrounds and build social organizations through brand marketing and stakeholder management. Now the Southeast Regional Sales Director for The Watkins Printing Company, Justin assists college and university alumni associations to improve their print and digital communications.
As Director of Marketing for NEON Music Management, Justin’s primary roles are to establish digital marketing goals to enhance artists’ visibility and coordinate with venues, college campus professionals, and corporate partners to plan and execute song-writers nights, fundraisers, and networking events.
